For Renters
Yes. Browsing listings and contacting landlords through tuzama is completely free for renters.
Create a free account, open a listing you're interested in, and tap to reveal the landlord's contact details (phone, WhatsApp, and/or email — whichever they've enabled). From there, you reach out and arrange everything directly with them.
No. tuzama is a directory — we connect you with the landlord and step back. Viewings, negotiations, deposits, and rent payments all happen directly between you and the landlord, off-platform.
We don't verify listings ourselves, so a bit of due diligence goes a long way. See our Safety & Trust tips for what to check before you send anyone money.
Not yet — saved listings are on our roadmap. For now, bookmark the listing page in your browser.
For Landlords
Yes, posting a listing on tuzama is currently free.
When you post a listing, you choose which contact details to make visible — phone, WhatsApp, and/or email. Only logged-in renters can view them, and they'll reach out to you directly.
No, we don't screen or verify renters. As with any direct rental arrangement, it's worth doing your own checks before handing over keys or signing anything.
Yes, you can edit or remove your listing any time from your account.
No — never. tuzama doesn't charge or accept any commission or fee on a completed rental. We're a listings platform, not an agent.
