What Tuzama is

Tuzama is a listings directory for rental properties in Kenya. Landlords and property managers post their listings directly, and renters browse and contact them. No agent fees, no commission, no unnecessary middlemen.

The name comes from the Swahili word meaning "to look" or "to find." That's the whole idea: you look, you find, you contact.

Contact happens off-platform

We connect you with contact details. The actual conversation (WhatsApp, phone, email) happens between you and the landlord directly. We don't get involved in the transaction.
